We want you to love your OAK + FORT pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or OAK + FORT retail storefront.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
